We built Landed because we kept watching the same thing happen to good people. Talented, experienced, the kind of candidates a company should want. They were sending hundreds of applications into the void, getting nothing back, and slowly convincing themselves the problem was them.

It wasn't. The problem was that the job market rewards a specific set of skills that have almost nothing to do with whether you can do the job. Knowing which roles are actually hiring. Knowing how to position a resume so a recruiter reads past line three. Knowing how to show up in an interview so the offer comes in at the top of the range instead of the bottom.

Those skills are learnable. They're also slow to learn on your own, and most people are trying to learn them while also holding down a job, raising a family, and running a search at the same time. That's the gap done-for-you was built to close. We do the volume, the positioning, and the strategy work in the background. You stay in your life and show up for the interviews.
